OZZI KLEEN GREY WATER TREATMENT PLANT
The Ozzi Kleen GTS10 is not a diversion system it actually TREATS the greywater to a high quality, making it safer and available for wider uses.
The Ozzi Kleen Greywater Treatment System (GTS10) is one of the first domestic greywater treatment systems for the urban environment. The Ozzi Kleen GTS10 is an economical and easy way to treat and recycle the greywater from your home.
WATER REUSE
The Ozzi Kleen Greywater Treatment System treats your household greywater to such a high standard that it has the potentional to be reused back in the home in the laundry or toilet. However, not all states allow the use of treated greywater in the home and it is restricted to simply irrigation of gardens and lawns.
INSTALLATION
The Ozzi Kleen Greywater Treatment System is 2.7m high x 1.95m diameter and weighs approximately 350kg - making for a quick, easy and economical installation.
When buried in your garden the system can be easily concealed by plants, with just the low level motor box sitting above ground.
Being manufactured in polyethylene means the system can be partially or completely free-standing, depending on your site.
OPERATION
The Aerobic or "non-septic" process unique to the Ozzi Kleen Greywater Treatment System (GTS10) means with air or oxygen.
The principle behind the aerobic process is simple. By keeping the organic matter or waste oxygenated, keeps the bacteria found in waste alive. These bacteria, called Aerobic Bacteria, are very aggressive in feeding on the waste, which is a food source high in energy; the waste is consumed very quickly and efficiently.
How does the Ozzi Kleen GTS10 work?
The aerobic process unique to the Ozzi Kleen GTS10 means with air or oxygen. All greywater enters the single tank where oxygen is circulated via an aerator. This keeps the naturally occurring aerobic bacteria found in the wastewater alive, which in turn actively feeds and breaks down the waste. The treated water is decanted and stored within the tank in the effluent holding compartment available for reuse on gardens, laundry or toilet flushing* when needed. A safety device is present which allows excess water to be used on gardens or disposed back to the sewer.
The Ozzi Kleen GTS10 tank is not affected by the acidity of sewage. Polyethylene materials are often used to store hazardous chemicals.

It can be installed quickly, easily and economically by a single mini-excavator, even on sites with severely restricted access. When buried in your garden, only the compact, unobtrusive, low-level control box is visible, and even that can be easily by plants.
Economical, transport and installation costs are low
Operating on a cyclic process means the Ozzi Kleen GTS10 aerator is only running approximately 12 hours per day, significantly reducing your overall running costs, while increasing its life-span. The Ozzi Kleen GTS10 is inexpensive to run because of its simplicity. On-going maintenance costs are kept to an absolute minimum.
Built to last
The heavy-duty polyethylene tank is up to 20mm thick and is, weight for weight, 100 times stronger than concrete. The material has a half-life alone of over 500 years. As the Ozzi Kleen GTS10 tank is roto-moulded and completely seamless, there is no risk of seepage, leaking or root intrusion.
The Ozzi Kleen GTS10 tank is not affected by the acidity of sewage. Polyethylene materials are often used to store hazardous chemicals.

ABOUT POLYETHYLENE
Polyethylene is probably the polymer you see most in daily life. Polyethylene is the most popular plastic in the world. This is the polymer that makes grocery bags, car bumpers, wheelie bins, shampoo bottles, children's toys and even bullet proof vests.
For such a versatile material, it has a very simple structure, the simplest of all commercial polymers. A molecule of polyethylene is nothing more than a long chain of carbon atoms, with two hydrogen atoms attached to each carbon atom.
