Solar Energy Equipment (also trading as Zane Solar Centre) was the first in Cairns, Far North Queensland, to specialise in the sale and installation of alternative energy products.

Starting in 1977, we have built our product range to include Rinnai titanium stainless steel commercial and domestic solar water heaters, Rinnai Gas instantaneous hot water, Quantum commercial and domestic heat pump water heaters, Zane Gulfstream Solar Pool Heating and Cooling and a range of solar electric systems including Sharp Solar,Kyocera Solar, Canon & Uni-Solar, BP Solar and Solarex. If solar power is not for you, we have a range of wind powered generators for both land and sea applications.

We also design and supply Photo-voltaic on and off grid solar powered electricity generators,  supply and install the Ozzi Kleen aerobic sewage treatment systems for both domestic and commercial applications, & Regent Skylights.

We have water saving equipment including water flow control valves and RMC valves for pressure, temperature, hot water mixing and back flow prevention.In fact, all our products are energy saving, water saving and environmentally friendly.Our major product lines are Australian made and have been chosen for their quality and reliability. We have qualified Plumbers, Drainers, Gas Fitters and Electrical staff available for all your installation requirements.
